Foreword

I have been inspired to produce this vision as a result of the death of my son and the subsequent realisation of the discrimination, lies and manipulation created by this white European society to exclude and prevent me from being in his life. Racism and discrimination in this society never left but became subtle, insidious and subliminal. We are now economic slaves with invisible chains. As a result and with this awakening, I wish to serve my community to avert the destruction of black culture and connect with my African roots.

Malcom X talked about the House Negro and the Field Negro but I believe another type of Negro has emerged, the Lost Negro i.e. the unconscious Negro. This society is stripping black people in the UK of their identity, culture and community and made them unconscious to the fact that they will never be treated as equal in this society. It is their usefulness that determines the value and what has been proven throughout my life, when that usefulness has expired; you are discarded accordingly.

The emergence of Trump and his actions in the USA towards non whites and Farage’s rhetoric and rise of the far right means that the black community has never been more under threat. UK law now enables the revocation of citizenship which means you are no longer guaranteed to remain in the country.

The disgraceful behaviour and ingratitude of the Windrush generation demonstrates that this Society does not value the black community and is very capable of enacting these laws.

“When they show you who they are, believe them” Maya Angelou

This vision is for the Black community and I welcome feedback accordingly.

I am hoping to incorporate these suggestions into an existing organisation but if necessary, I will build one!

Executive Summary

This business plan outlines a strategic initiative to unite and empower the African Diaspora in addressing historical challenges through four main pillars: Decolonisation, Economic Independence, Diaspora Communication, and Return to the Homeland. The goal is to build a collective movement that promotes unity, collaboration, and sustainable development within the African Diaspora and its relationship with Africa. Through the restoration of pride, financial independence, political influence, and legal empowerment, we aim to create a platform that not only uplifts the Diaspora but also fosters stronger connections with the continent.
